As a prominent political leader in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Mr. Martin Fayulu is widely believed to have won the December 2018 presidential election. Instead, Felix Tshisekedi was announced as the winner. Mr. Fayulu will speak about the controversial election and its implications for democracy and human rights in the aftermath of conflict.
